Return Policy
Here at JoYnWell, we want you to be completely satisfied every time you purchase a product through us. We understand that, from time to time, you may need to return a product/s that you have purchased from us, our goal is to make this process as easy as possible.
In Australia and New Zealand, when you purchase an item, you're entitled to certain consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
JoYnWell is committed to honouring such guarantees, this means we will assist you if goods:
•are faulty or become faulty, through no fault of your own;
•where the item is not fit for a stated purpose;
•does not match the item description or sample provided; or
•presented with defects that were not obvious during our storage/dispatching service.
Items purchased via JoYnWell will come with a minimum 12-month warranty, in some cases the manufacturer's warranty extends beyond this period. All claims are analysed by our Returns Team before assisting customers and manufacturers with the decision making process.
If the fault/defect is deemed to be 'minor' or can be repaired then we may choose to offer a partial refund/credit to your account or supply you with a replacement. In the event the fault/defect is deemed to be 'major', we can offer a refund, a suitable replacement or similar item or keep the goods and receive a partial/full refund/credit to your account.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
•Improper handling of the product (including negligent unpacking)
•Not following proper installation guidelines
•Intentional/unintentional use that causes physical and/or cosmetic damage
•Damage caused by unattended children or pets
•Commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless stated by the manufacturer)
•Unsupervised use of the product
In case of damage or fault occurs due to the user's negligence, JoYnWell does not cover the shipping costs for repair or replacement products.
Missing an item from order?
In the event that you find that an item is missing from your delivery, please reach out to us within 10 days from dispatch to resolve the issue. Please note, in some scenarios, certain items may be shipped separately with individual tracking details.
An incorrect item shipped to the customer
Here at JoYnWell, we do our very best to to minimise errors with incorrect items being sent out. If this does happen, we’re here to help to have this issue rectified as quickly as possible.
For the quickest response, reach out on the item in question within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll arrange for the incorrect item to be replaced. We'll send a return postage label to promptly have the item sent back and have the correct item dispatched as soon as possible.
In order for this to occur, all products must be packed in their original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
A refund will be generated if we do not have a replacement item.
My item arrived damaged
If your item/s are delivered damaged, please urgently contact us within 10 business days of the item arriving damaged. Please provide as much detail as possible and where necessary, provide images and/or a short video of the damaged product to assist in processing a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
From time to time, customers will decide to return products because they simply change their mind. Here at JoYnWell, we are able to accept and process these returns within 14 days after the items are delivered.
Upon delivery of the returned items, any item/s will be inspected for quality control, in the event that the product has been opened or not in its original packaging, the Change of Mind return request will be voided.
Change of Mind requests outside of 14 days may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.
